You could use one of at least 3 "porting Windows programs to Motif" packages, one of which is "Willows" (www.willows.com). The actual difficulty in porting depends a lot on what interfaces the software uses that are not Windows-specific interfaces -- ie: you will have to convert INT 21 and other calls manually.
