It can be downloaded at http://svn.assembla.com/svn/legend/segmenter/ It segments the video stream into smaller chunks for http streaming to iphones/ipad .. I could not make it work. Maybe someone can enlight me. I tried to add -I/pathtoffmpegsrc but it didn't help Some information can be found at http://www.ioncannon.net/programming/452/iphone-http-streaming-with-ffmpeg-and-an-open-source-segmenter/.
