Blurb from site:

The WinX project is designing and writing a Windows NT 4.0 Clone. The
project will include almost all of the Windows NT 4.0/5.0 features and
some additional features not available in either products. Since most
of the Windows NT 4.0 internal features are a closely guarded secret
by Microsoft, WinX is being written from the ground up.
