Please document in porters-handbook , that on the RELENG_X branch we go from 0000->0100 on 1st bump and 00?? is the RELENG_X_Y name space. Otherwise expect 470000->470001 on RELENG_4 if the first bump is not for security reasons (or S.O. forgets).
