This used to be in the motd of builder.FreeBSD.org; it seems to have been removed from there, but take a look at the /local0/BSDOS/ directory on builder. From a quick glance, neither the 4.1 nor the 5.0-smp-devel trees seem to have IFM_ATM definitions.
