I am subjectively watching my smp box do a: 'cd /usr/ports/www/apache2 ; make all' in one window, and 'cd cd /usr/ports/databases/mysql40-server/ ; make all' in another window, and most disturbingly a 'top -S' in a 3rd window reporting 42.63% idle on cpu0, 39.50% idle on cpu1. It just doesn't seem right to me. -- :{ andyf@speednet.com.au Andy Farkas System Administrator Speednet Communications http://www.speednet.com.au/
