20/40G=20 Internal, with 39160. When I do the backup in following = command

# tar cvf /dev/nrsa0=20 /usr/ports/myports

It is unsuccessful with the message = that "can't=20 write to /dev/nrsa0:input/output error".
How can I solute = this.
