David,

Your report looks much better this week than ever before.  Thanks for the
participation.

One ommission however does stand out.  You do not reference your region in
each paragraph that is developed.  As the guidelines call for, a reference
to the 'Client Account Manager, Region II' should appear in each paragraph
because of the way that the passages are randomly distributed into the PTAS
report, and because the ultimate reader, the COO does not know the people,
nor the regions that they work in.

BTW, I'll be making a format change to accomodate the new table that you'll
see in this weeks report.  Ms. Winkler has asked that we develop our site
visit information a little differently.
