It's not really clear (to me) what you mean here.  An answer to your
question might be:  It is not possible, in general, to tell if two
given IP addresses are assigned to the same physical computer.

Doing a ``reverse'' DNS lookup and checking out the domain name might
give you a hint.  There are (possibly) other clues, too; search the
web.
