I've no idea what you are going to accomplish by doing this.  Whenever
one of those libraies' major numbers is increased, you'll have to edit
the Makefile to bump PORTREVISION anyway in order to let people know
they must rebuild the port, as written in the Porter's Handbook.

I suggest you raise a discussion and listen to what other people and
the portmgr's think before making this kind of "radical" changes that
might break our longstanding traditions.
