There's no element in 3.0, so unless extensions are created (which I gather are going to be created anyway), we don't get the cute little blinking underline. Right now, Norm Walsh's DSSSL sheet renders a simple
tag, but it could be convinced to do otherwise.  I don't know how
do make the stylesheet do that, though, I just write DocBook :)
