patch for sysutils/boxbackup-devel

I never actually used this port. I created it
based on a request in the FreeBSD forums. I put
a lot of work into it to add IPv6 support. It
worked for me in all my testing. But the person
that made the request indicated it didn't work
correctly for IPv6. Based on some more investigation
I discovered that IPv6 address needed to be bracketed
"[...]" But that was the last I heard of it (I think
the pr is still open). Anyway. I think this port
would be better served by someone who actually
uses it. :-)
