This is definitely a must for any software in active development.

The latest MASTER may occasionally have bugs that prevent proper compilatio=
n,
but these are very rare cases that are dealt with upstream really fast. On =
the
other hand it has tons of bug fixes and new features every single day.

There was a new official release a few days ago, but the previous one (on w=
hich
the current FreeBSD port is based on) was from... January! It would really =
be a
shame to miss out on 9 months' worth of bug fixes and new features. More th=
an
1900 commits to be precise.
