please tell your broken mailer to wrap lines at 75 characters....

Your hardware is hosed, make sure your ram is PC100 otherwise it 
probably won't work on such a fast machine.  check your CPU voltage,
cooling and other things.

make sure you have enough IRQs free so that your bois doesn't 
asign PCI irqs on top of your ISA irqs.  make sure you have the 
on board serial port off that uses that io port/irq.
