    You need to also issue DISABLE_MAKE_JOBS=1 (you can't just issue
one of the items). devel/talloc and databases/tdb abuse these
variables via _MAKE_JOBS (I think in part because their intent is not
well documented in bsd.ports.mk). I have a similar PR filed for this:
