After doing a standard installation and setting up a few configuration files, all seems to be running well. However, when I FTP to the server from a Win95 workstation, I cannot save files to the server, not even to my home directory. I keep getting the error, permission denied. I can FTP from the server to the workstation and get files that way. But the workstation cannot initiate the transfer. Do I need to add .htaccess files, or is it rights not properly assigned? My user name I login with under FTP does exist. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
