To be clear, I'm saying that given a control message of size S, the amount =
of
occupied buffer space is some linear function of S plus a constant (the siz=
e of
a sockcred, if LOCAL_CREDS is configured).  Given that we have a bound on S
imposed by sosend_generic(), I don't think it's important to compute the ex=
act
amount of buffer space required for the internalized form of the messages.
