>Environment:

Any machine

>Description:

After an install, the file /usr/share/misc/termcap.db is not created.
This problem goes unnoticed on reasonably capable machines but on low
spec PCs there is a noticeable delay when executing commands like more
and vi which need to understand the terminal's capabilities.

>How-To-Repeat:

Any fresh install will display the problem.

>Fix:

The command

cap_mkdb /usr/share/misc/termcap

will create the required file but perhaps it's just missing from the
install set?
