I think we're in the home stretch, folks.  I'd like to call for a 10
day countdown to a RELENG_2_2 branch freeze, ending on March 9th.  I'd
roll 2.2-RELEASE on March 10th.

Any objections?  If you agree, you needn't say anything since I'll
take silence as implicit agreement. :-)
