I have a 9 Gb primary hard drive, split into 4 equal partitions and
I boot
(1) Win98SE
(2) WinME
(3) Win2000
(4) FreeBSD

I use System Commander, and I *never* get complaints from any of
the operating systems, as a matter of fact, System Commander "hides"
the three OS's which are currently running, so the one you are running
doesn't even _know_ the other 3 exist.
