Synopsis: [panic] fatal trap 12 in pmap.c [4.9 with RAID] State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback State-Changed-By: remko State-Changed-When: Sun Sep 3 22:26:53 UTC 2006 State-Changed-Why: Hello, Eventhough this can be because of broken memory (yes, it is possible) I am willing to give this a shot. Does this problem still appear in recent FreeBSD releases? (6.1)? I have experienced instable MySQL setups with InnoDB enabled after a migration, though this did not crash the server but for the record I will mention it here ;-).
