patch

Update to 1.9.0 and some cleanups.

Since 1.9.0, upstream optionally supports using Argon2 instead of SHA-256 f=
or
password hashing. I was on the fence whether I should include that here but
didn't as it's a one-way road. Leaving that decision up to maintainer.

Since 1.9.0, upstream is able to use an external cctz library. I left as-is=
 as
the one in ports seems to be outdated.

Performed QA tests:
  - portlint
  - portclippy
  - poudriere-testport 13.2-RELEASE amd64
  - poudriere-testport 14.0-RELEASE amd64
