Go back to the website. Click on the charming little devil. You will
find a document explaining who the copyright owners are and how to
contact those persons.

FreeBSD does not "own" the charming little devil. Someone else does.

OBTW, his name is Chuck. He is not really a devil. He is a daemon! :)
