Hello, I have a "bugs" with this ports. I have a Acer Aspire One D50-Bk. It has got Intel i945GME GPU Chipset. I don't detected the difference of this port. I see no difference except that in theory no acceleration GEM (which is not according to the log) and is 10,000 fps unless the port xf86-video-intel (According glxgears) Debug: drm0: <Intel i945GME> on vgapci0 info: [drm] AGP at 0x40000000 256MB info: [drm] Initialized i915 1.6.0 20080730 (EE) intel(0): [drm] Failed to detect GEM.
