I re-enabled some floppy quirks that I'm unsure are needed but I had to do it for the upcoming 4.9R just in case. So your results don't help at this point. Could you put an "#if 0" and "#endif" around the section marked: /* USB floppy devices supported by umass(4) */ Alternatively, cvsup sys/cam/scsi/scsi_da.c to rev 1.42.2.42 and test the floppy again.
