Today, i've cvsuped my 3.2 stable :
make world runs ok
but the kernel refuses to build during umoddi3.c

${DRIVER_C} expands to empty string
(lot of such messages)
gensetdefs: pcic.o: No such file or directory
gensetdefs: pcic_p.o: No such file or directory
gensetdefs: pci.o: No such file or directory
(lot of...)
*** Error code 1

The only new cvsuped file in the /usr/sys tree is
usr/sys/i386/conf/Makefile.i386 (1.136.2.8)
