hi,

I just upgraded a new system with an AMD "Triple-Core" CPU from amd64 7.0-RELEASE to
amd64 7.1-PRERELEASE. the boot process hangs after "SMP: AP CPU #2 Launched!"

as you can see from the attached dmesg output 7.0-RELEASE does boot. is this a known
problem, or is there anything I can do?
