The big question is, how would you transmit this data?  Server-push?
Gateway to an mbone session?  AVI movie?

The Web server probably has nothing to do with it other than sending the
file(s) involved.  What you are looking for are utility/ies to capture the
data and dump it to a file (or pipe?).  I don't know of any offhand tho.
