I've got timeouts on tftpd connection when Cisco connects with tftpd on FreeBSD with em driver:

Oct 13 00:55:57 tftpd tftpd[11319]: Timeout #0 on ACK 1
Oct 13 00:56:02 tftpd tftpd[11319]: Timeout #1 on ACK 1
Oct 13 00:56:07 tftpd tftpd[11319]: Timeout #2 on ACK 1

Neither new kernel nor "ifconfig -rxcsum -txcsum" help.
On FreeBSD 7.x it worked all right.

Run tftpd on FreeBSD 8.2 box with em network and connect with Cisco.
