 The patch doesn't look complete to me, and introduces inconsistent 
 behaviour in respect to treatment of whitespace after "-l". Getting that 
 to work acceptably would mean throwing at least a dozen lines of code, 
 it's cheaper to use the "-l" option for "log" and "-L tag" (with 
 mandatory option-argument) for "log and define log tag" -- this has been 
 committed to the upstream CVS. I'll wait for David Relson's comment 
 though before extracting the patch and fixing the port; he might have 
 release plans for 0.10.3.2.
