It is basically the same system, whichever kernel you use"), and that at no point does he assert the moral or political necessity for a copylefted mode of licensing, but merely lists provisions common to both the GPL and BSDL ("users are free to run it, study it and change it . . . redistribute it . . . and publish modified versions").
