Update to latest version.
Also:
* Add libvips due to new npm dependency sharp not bundling the library for
FreeBSD
* Add new libheif dependency
* Upgrade yao-pkg@pkg to 6.9.0, and its node to 20.19.5
* Shift explicit openjdk11 dependency to USES+=3D java:build for 11+
* Shift explicit iconv dependency to USES+=3D iconv:wchar_t
Similar to 9.0.4, the npm --nodedir issue reared up with the sharp module. =

though the environment had the npm_package_config_nodegyp_nodedir variable
declared, offline builds would fail when node-gyp attempted to download the
headers. The approach taken was similar to modern-syslog, wherein sharp is
explicitly installed ignoring scripts, patch-package fixes the package.json,
and then npm install the module's patched package.json.
