Hello,

Without doing anything intentionally, somehow now all users (with the
exception of root) cannot login to my 3.1-RELEASE box. All users
are given the following message:

NO LOGINS: System going down at 17:00

I have no idea how this happened, or how I can stop it. If anyone can
help me, that would be appreciated.

Thanks.
