The problem with minor releases of otrs is they are being issued very frequently: every 14 days. Because of that it is simply impossible to get it up date. Usually at the time when latest update gets ports tree it is already outdated. At the moment I am working on major update 4.0.8=>5.0.0 . Minor updates are not a priority for me, unless there are know vulnerabilities in ports version. And again if submitter provides a patch I would be happy to review it.
