trying to install oracle9i, I got this:

bash$ ./runInstaller
bash$ ./runInstaller: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.2' not found (required by ./runInstaller)

So, I tried to upgrade my glibc. But I got this:

# rpm -i --ignoreos --root /compat/linux --dbpath /var/lib/rpm glibc-2.2.5-2.i386.rpm
