I asked the same question a few days a ago.

Some has kindly included it in the ports collection recently. You will need
to cvsup
 /usr/ports/www

(cvsup -g -L 2 -P - ports-supfile)

Then cd to apache_fp and type make, it all installs automatically from
there!!
