My employer, the Virginia Tech Computer Science Department, has a Major Account with Gateway, and we are already a major user of FreeBSD. In the past we have had to perform in-house installation of FreeBSD on all of our Gateway PC's (including some of your server configurations). I would be most interested in seeing FreeBSD offered as a out-of-the-box option. I would also be happy to offer my experience and knowledge of FreeBSD installations on your hardware, if your engineers would be interested. We have been very satisfied with the quality of your products and service, as well as FreeBSD's reliability and performance. I would be overjoyed to see Gateway officially supporting FreeBSD as an OS option.
