I've recently moved a couple of my domains to gkg.net for DNSSEC support. GKG provides full DNSSEC support, including managing and rotating keys. It is a checkbox on their DNS hosting service (provided at no cost if you register your domain there). The full DNSSEC support is not overtly mentioned in detail on their website, but it's available. If you want to manage your own keys, GKG provides both an API and a web interface to submit your DS records. IPv6 DNS records are supported. Support is very good. My only nit with them would be that their name servers listen only on IPv4.
