Try without the -DNO_CLEAN and if that still fails, > clean your /usr/obj (e.g. with rm -rf /usr/obj/*). The build is going nowhere without the correct header files in /usr/include/sys. I have repeatedly cleaned /usr/obj to no avail, but I have a better method for doing that: umount /usr/obj newfs /dev/da4s2f mount /usr/obj
