We had some problems with the H200 as well.

FYI: It's possible to flash the firmware into a stock LSI IT one using:
http://forums.servethehome.com/showthread.php?467-DELL-H200-Flash-to-IT-firmware-Procedure-for-DELL-servers&highlight=h200
<http://forums.servethehome.com/showthread.php?467-DELL-H200-Flash-to-IT-firmware-Procedure-for-DELL-servers&highlight=h200>;

After flashed, the H200 won't work in the integrated slot, so you'll
need longer mini-SAS cables.

This is just a workaround, anyway.
