https://github.com/worproject/rpi5-uefi has a new v0.3 release. I've
done a 12.5 hr poudriere-devel bulk build of 265 packages based on
prior testing-artifacts. It went fine.

PCIe is supported as well. (But I've done no testing of that.)
NVMe and SATA controller based booting is reported as supported.

A boot-order not-persisting issue is reported as fixed. (I've
never hit the issue.)

Ethernet is still via a dongle or such.
