Then why does the rcorder(8) man page say this under DIAGNOSTICS ?

     Requirement %s has no providers, aborting.  No file has a ``PROVIDE'=
'
     line corresponding to a condition present in a ``REQUIRE'' line in
     another file.

If 'REQUIRE' really means 'AFTER' then perhaps it should be spelled 'AFTE=
R'.
