After the commit of ports r449158, 'make install' fails as following:

root@maybe[1771]# pwd
/usr/ports/security/bruteforceblocker
root@maybe[1772]# make install

attached patch fix it.

BTW, as is shown above there is no LICENSE setting in Makefile. I tried to =
fix
it but found there is no description about license term of this software in=
 its
source code archive. So would you please consider adding license informatio=
n in
it?
