When doing a make world unfortunately the dict package is needed, as you can see here: share/doc/papers/memfs indxbib -o ref.bib /quantum/unix/local/freebsd-current/src/share/doc/papers/memf s/ref.bib indxbib:fatal error: can't open `/usr/share/dict/eign': No such file or director y *** Error code 3 Stop.
