The problem is I can't seem to have more than one program play sound at o= nce.=20 So if I'm say, playing some oggs in XMMS, then an alert sound plays, bad=20 stuff happens. So far bad stuff has inclueded: 1. Loud static 2. Loss of sound until reboot 3.
