Its an IE i4b doesn't know about and its ignoring it (but its telling
you that it ignores it).

If i were you and i _want_ to run i4b, i'd upgrade my machine to something
in the FreeBSD 4.1-Stable range and put i4b 0.95 on it. In case the problem
persists, i'd compile a kernel with DDB and then give the whole panic message
and the stack backtrace from DDB. Possibly i'd raise the debug level with
isdndebug to get a clue whats happening.

Because i4b 0.90 makes no difference to i4b 0.83, i doubt that i4b is the
cause of your problem, it looks like it is just the trigger.
