Update POCL 5.0 (fix docs, add new experimental features,with commit afc5b3=
8 )

POCL 5.0 offers several new features, some of them experimental and some not
applicalble to FreeBSD.

Fixed:=20
  - installation of documentation

Changed:
  - Default LLVM suite is devel/llvm17=20
  - Disable compilation against static libLLVM (the default)
  - Adding knob to disable and compile static lib (default: shared lib)

New/Experimental:
  - Adding POCL-R feature, a POCL-own distributed/server-client facility,
avoiding OpenMPI - EXPERIMENTAL (rc-script missing)
  - Adding "PROXY" feature, POCL is compiled as proxy using another OpenCL
implementation installed on the host - BROKEN! Does not compile properly du=
e to
 bug.
