FreeBSD port of ripgrep tool

ripgrep is a line oriented search tool that combines the usability of The
Silver Searcher (similar to ack) with the raw speed of GNU grep. ripgrep wo=
rks
by recursively searching your current directory for a regex pattern.

Website: https://github.com/BurntSushi/ripgrep

There was another attempt to port this months ago, but the port got relativ=
ely
large/complex and appears to have been discarded, so I took a new stab at i=
t.
