ok, I have some clues, but I am by no means the authority what I did was disable zp0 and use ep0 with the pccard stuff instead. This enabled it to assign the I/O address and IRQ the problem with this is, at least on my laptop... PC Card driver initialization only initializes one driver , period, so I have my choice, either ep0 or sio2 , my question is, has anyone ever gotten 2 devices to work in 3.1 with pccardd? -Pat=20 ___________________________________________________________________________ Pat Lynch=09=09=09=09=09=09lynch@rush.net Systems Administrator=09=09=09=09=09Rush Networking "Wow, everyone looks different in Real Life (tm)"- Nathan Dorfman meeting people at FUNY "Suicide is painless, switching to NT isn't."- =09=09=09=09Unknown ___________________________________________________________________________ On Thu, 1 Apr 1999, George.Neville-Neil wrote: > Hi Folks, >=20 > =09I've got my Toshiba Portege 7000CT up and running but I'm still tweaki= ng it. > I have a 3COM 3C589C pcmcia ethernet card (which works with zp0 but confl= icts > with the pnp based sound drivers. >=20 > =09Has anyone gotten all the devices in this thing up and running?
