The PPP section in the handbook needs some cleaning.  There is alot of
good and useful information availible, just you need to weed through
a lot of `unneeded' information.

Set up a ppp connection (which I have not done in awhile, just did, and
read over the section).

Perhaps an overhaul.  Move some of the manual connection information I added
toward the bottom and name it `debugging' and perhaps clean up a few of the
other paragraphs.  From what I noticed, some ISP's offer information regarding
`script connections' which was what I used for my girlfriend's laptop, perhaps
this should be mentioned.

The ppp.conf file needs a slight update.

Perhaps the first part could be a walkthrough, and then put other options
toward the middle of the document, and debugging at the bottom.  I lack
the time to do this myself.
